Make Ahead and Storage
Let the tortilla chips cool and then store them in an air tight container or ziplock bag at room temperature. They will keep well for 3 to 4 days.
Recipe Notes and Tips
- For best results, air fry the tortillas in a single layer so that they get crispy all over. You will need to cook them in several batches.
- Halfway through cooking, open the air fryer and you can use your fingers to flatten down the tortilla chips if they start to curl.
- As the chips cool after cooking, they will get crispier.
- Depending on your model of air fryer, cooking times can vary. Keep your eye on them to make sure they don’t overcook and add extra time if needed.
