Baby carrots are awesome to use as they require very little prep, but you can totally make this recipe with regular carrots too. Peel them and slice them before tossing in the oil and seasonings. Depending on how thickly you slice them, they may take a few extra minutes to cook through and get tender.
If you don’t have an air fryer, you can make these carrots in the oven instead. Oli and season them and place into a preheated oven at 400F on a lined baking sheet. They will take around 30 to 40 minutes to cook through and should be stirred once or twice during cooking.
If you have leftovers, they will keep in the fridge for 3 to 4 days in an airtight container. To rejeat them, place in the air fryer at 360F for 3 to 4 minutes to warm them through.
