Ingredients

cups
sour cream
(360ml)

jalapeno slices
(jarred rather than fresh)
1
tablespoon
juice from the jarred jalapenos
juice and zest of 1 lime
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
salt and pepper, added to taste
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
Blend til smooth.
Taste for seasoning and adjust if needed.
Notes
Blend the ingredients together well so you have a smooth dipping sauce, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.
Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking. I found that a generous amount of salt does wonders!
Keep covered and refrigerated.
