Ingredients

garlic clove

extra virgin olive oil
(250ml)

fresh lemon juice
(125ml / about 3 lemons)

honey

Instructions
Add the ingredients to a jug or bowl and whisk together.
Place in a sealable glass jar or bottle and keep refrigerated.
Notes
To save on washing up, you can place all of the ingredients into a sealable mason jar and shake everything together.
This recipe makes approximately 2 cups of dressing.
