Ingredients

apple cider vinegar

wholegrain mustard

dried Italian herbs

juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
Whisk together all of the ingredients.
Store in the fridge in an airtight bottle for up to 4 to 5 days.
Notes
Taste before using and adjust seasoning if required.
Use dried herbs rather than fresh. They have a stronger flavor and the dressing will keep for longer.
