Ingredients

Instructions

  • Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and trim off the stalk. Cut in half and cut out the core from the bottom. Slice the cabbage into long strips and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Thinly slice the onion and add to the cabbage. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Place the mixture in the air fryer and cook at 375F / 190c for 10 minutes.
  • Stir well.
  • Continue cooking at 375F / 190c for 5 more minutes.

Notes

  • Cut the cabbage fairly thinly and uniformed as you can so that it cooks evenly.
  • Slice the onion thinly so it easily combines with the cabbage.
  • Stir well during cooking.
  • The red cabbage is tender but has a bite to it. If you prefer your cabbage softer, cook for longer, stirring every couple of minutes til the desired textured is achieved.
