Peel the potatoes. Slice them around ⅛ to ¼ inch thickness.
1 pound potatoes
Rince the slices under cold running water and pat dry.
Place them in a large bowl and toss in the oil and salt and pepper.

Even;ly spread the slices in the air fryer basket. Set to cook at 375F / 190c for 20 minutes.
Toss the potatoes every 5 minutes and cook til evenly golden brown,
