Ingredients

For the Coleslaw

  • 16 ounce bagged coleslaw mix (450g)
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (diced) (30g)
  • ½ cup sliced black olives (90g)
  • 5 ounces feta cheese (diced or crumbled) (140g)

For the Coleslaw Dressing

Instructions

  • Place the bagged slaw mix into a large bowl, and add the diced sun-dried tomatoes, sliced black olives and diced or crumbled feta.
  • In a separate bowl or jug, mix together all of the ingredients for the slaw dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well til combined.

Notes

  • If you are making your own slaw mix, slice the cabbage as evenly and as finely as you can so that it mixes together well with the other ingredients.
  • Because it contains dairy, it's best not to leave it out at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
