For the Coleslaw
- 16 ounce bagged coleslaw mix (450g)
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (diced) (30g)
- ½ cup sliced black olives (90g)
- 5 ounces feta cheese (diced or crumbled) (140g)
For the Coleslaw Dressing
Place the bagged slaw mix into a large bowl, and add the diced sun-dried tomatoes, sliced black olives and diced or crumbled feta.
In a separate bowl or jug, mix together all of the ingredients for the slaw dressing.
Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well til combined.
- If you are making your own slaw mix, slice the cabbage as evenly and as finely as you can so that it mixes together well with the other ingredients.
- Because it contains dairy, it's best not to leave it out at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
