Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
  • Cut the ends off of the parsnips and peel them with a vegetable peeler.
  • Cut in half lengthways. If your parsnips are larger, cut them into quarters.
  • Place in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and toss to coat.
  • Place them into the air fryer basket and cook for 13 to 15 minutes til browned and tender, rotate them half way through with tongs.

Notes

  • Try and cut the parsnips into similar sized thickness so that they cook evenly. Thin parsnips can be left whole and larger ones should be quartered.
  • Use your hands to coat the parsnips all over in the oil so that they brown evenly.
  • If your air fryer doesn't have a pre heat function, set it to run for 5 minutes at 400F before adding the parsnips.
  • Depending on the thickness of your parsnips, cooking times can vary. Check at around 10 minutes.
