- 10 ounces baby potatoes (285g)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- generous pinch of black pepper
- 2 tablepoons oil
- chopped parsley to garnish
Pre heat the air fryer to 400F.
Wash and pat dry the potatoes, cut in half and add to a large bowl.
Add the garlic powder, salt, pepper and oil to the bowl and toss to combine. The potatoes should be well covered with the oil.
Place into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket at 10 minutes, til golden brown and crispy.
- Make sure that the potatoes are well covered in the oil and seasonings so that they get crispy all over.
- Cutting the potatoes in half means more crispy edges. You can cook them whole if you prefer, they will take around 20 minutes to cook through.
- Depending on the size of your potatoes, they may take slightly longer to cook through. Use a fork to check that they are tender in the middle.
- If doubling the recipe and the potatoes aren't in one layer, give the basket a shake a couple of extra times during cooking so that they evenly cooked.
