  • Air Fryer

  • 10 ounces baby potatoes (285g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • generous pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tablepoons oil
  • chopped parsley to garnish

  • Pre heat the air fryer to 400F.
  • Wash and pat dry the potatoes, cut in half and add to a large bowl.
  • Add the garlic powder, salt, pepper and oil to the bowl and toss to combine. The potatoes should be well covered with the oil.
  • Place into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket at 10 minutes, til golden brown and crispy.

  • Make sure that the potatoes are well covered in the oil and seasonings so that they get crispy all over.
  • Cutting the potatoes in half means more crispy edges. You can cook them whole if you prefer, they will take around 20 minutes to cook through.
  • Depending on the size of your potatoes, they may take slightly longer to cook through. Use a fork to check that they are tender in the middle.
  • If doubling the recipe and the potatoes aren't in one layer, give the basket a shake a couple of extra times during cooking so that they evenly cooked.
