- 2 garlic bulbs
- pinch salt
- 2 teaspoons oil
Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
Use a sharp knife to cut across the top of each garlic bulb, so that the top of the flesh of the cloves are exposed.
Place each garlic bulb on a piece of foil, add a pinch of salt and drizzle each with a teaspoon of oil.
Wrap the foil around each bulb and place in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 20 minutes. In the last couple of minutes of cooking time, carefully open the foil so that the tops brown.
- Larger bulbs of garlic can take slightly longer to cook, and smaller bulbs will require less time.
- Use a fork or a toothpick to insert into the side of the bulb to check if it's tender.
- To remove the cloves, gently peel away the outer skin and the cloves will easily be removed whole.
