Ingredients

For the slaw

  • 16 ounces slaw mix (450g)
  • 2 apples (I like to use green apples like Granny Smith)

For the honey mustard dressing

Instructions

  • Place the slaw mix in a large bowl. Dice the apples and add to the slaw.
  • Add all of the honey and mustard dressing ingredients into a bowl or jug and whisk together til combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss everything together til well coated.

Notes

  • There's no need to peel the apples, but you can if you prefer.
  • Dice the apple into small pieces so that it mixes well with the other ingredients and is easy to eat.
  • For best results, let the coleslaw sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.
