For the slaw
- 16 ounces slaw mix (450g)
- 2 apples (I like to use green apples like Granny Smith)
For the honey mustard dressing
Place the slaw mix in a large bowl. Dice the apples and add to the slaw.
Add all of the honey and mustard dressing ingredients into a bowl or jug and whisk together til combined.
Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss everything together til well coated.
- There's no need to peel the apples, but you can if you prefer.
- Dice the apple into small pieces so that it mixes well with the other ingredients and is easy to eat.
- For best results, let the coleslaw sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.
