- 16 ounces mushrooms (sliced)(450g)
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 4 large garlic cloves (finely diced or minced)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- pinch black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salted butter
Preheat the air fryer to 380F / 190c.
Peel and slice the mushrooms and place in a large bowl.
Add the diced garlic, oil, salt and pepper to the mushrooms and toss together.
Place in the air fryer basket and top with slices of the butter.
Cook at 380F / 190c for 13 to 15 minutes til cooked to your liking. Serve with some fresh parsley garnish.
- Don't slice the mushrooms too thinly. They contain a lot of water, so will shrink in size as they are air fried.
- Stir the mushrooms halfway through cooking. If you are cooking more mushrooms than the recipe states, you may need to stir them a couple of additional times so that they all cook evenly.
- Air fryers can vary slightly, model to model. Check for doneness from around the 10 minute mark.
