Place the chopped potatoes into a large bowl and add the oil and seasonings. Toss to coat the potatoes well.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and set to cook at 400f / 200c for 20 minutes. Toss halfway through cooking to help them cook evenly.
Check for doness at 20 minutes. They should be tender. If needed, set to cook for an additional 5 minutes.

- There's no need to peel the potatoes, just give them a good wash before chopping them.
