- 10½ ounces hummus (300g)
- 1 large garlic clove (minced or grated)
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- salt and pepper added to taste
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl or jug.
Use a hand whisk to combine the ingredients.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Store in a sealed bottle or jar for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
- Add more or less water for your desired thickness.
- Use fresh lemon juice rather than bottled for the zingiest flavor and boosted health benefits.
- Taste after made and add additional salt and pepper if required.
