Garlic and Lemon Hummus Salad Dressing

Simple to make, this healthy hummus salad dressing is wonderfully thick and creamy. Made with garlic and lemon for a fresh taste.

Ingredients

  • 10½ ounces hummus (300g)
  • 1 large garlic clove (minced or grated)
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • salt and pepper added to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl or jug.
  • Use a hand whisk to combine the ingredients.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  • Store in a sealed bottle or jar for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

Notes

  • Add more or less water for your desired thickness.
  • Use fresh lemon juice rather than bottled for the zingiest flavor and boosted health benefits.
  • Taste after made and add additional salt and pepper if required.
