Equipment

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces frozen green beans (200g)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or canola)
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390F.
  • Place the green beans in a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Use your hands to toss everything together.
  • Place in the air fryer basket and set for 10 minutes.
  • Shake the basket at 4 minutes.
  • Check the beans every couple of minutes, as some air fryers can cook quicker than others.

Notes

  • There's no need to thaw the green beans before cooking.
  • Shake the basket after 4 minutes to ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Check the beans every couple of minutes to get them exactly how you like them. At 10 minutes they are nice and crispy, but if you prefer them more tender, then they'll be ready at around 5 to 6 minutes.
