Lime Jalapeno Sour Cream Dip

Fresh and zingy, this Mexican jalapeno sour cream dip is made with fresh limes and is ready to serve in minutes. Made with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • cups sour cream (360ml)
  • 12 jalapeno slices (jarred rather than fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon juice from the jarred jalapenos
  • juice and zest of 1 lime
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, added to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend til smooth.
  • Taste for seasoning and adjust if needed.

Notes

  • Blend the ingredients together well so you have a smooth dipping sauce, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking. I found that a generous amount of salt does wonders!
  • Keep covered and refrigerated.
